1. Coaching and Training Sessions

• Cancellation Notice:
  Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Refunds for Cancellations:
  If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to either reschedule or request a full refund.
• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be non-refundable.
  In such cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer to reschedule the session once without an additional fee.
• Missed Sessions:
  If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

2. Programs and Packages

• Partial Refunds:
  For coaching packages or multi-session programs, partial refunds are available only if the request is made before the start of the second session.
• No Refund After Commencement:
  Once a program or package has substantially commenced, no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused sessions.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen.

4. Digital Products and Materials

• Purchases of digital products (e.g., online courses, workbooks, downloadable materials) are generally non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility.
