This Booking & Cancellation Policy outlines important information about scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.

Please read carefully.

1. Booking a Session

• All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.
• A confirmation email with the session details will be sent once your booking is completed.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

2. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be considered but are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation Notice:
  Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
• Late Cancellations:
  If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, the full session fee may be charged, and no refund will be issued.
• Missed Appointments (“No Shows”):
  If you fail to attend a session without notifying us, the session will be considered completed, and the fee will be non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Situations

We understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur.
If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at jbcouchingsolutions@gmail.com.
Each situation will be reviewed individually.

5. Group Programs and Workshops

• Group programs and workshop registrations are subject to their own specific cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of registration.
• Generally, refunds for group programs are not available once the program has started.

6. Policy Changes

JB Coaching Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
